Last weekend, our second cohort of members graduated from the Leading with Impact Program.

Leading with Impact is a program that has been specifically designed in conjunction with Notre Dame University for current or aspiring Regional and Central Council Presidents, as well as any interested member of the Society thinking about future leadership positions.

It provides a unique opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to lead with purpose and impact from a Vincentian perspective. The course draws on the University’s vast experience in leadership development for Catholic organisations.   

Participants gained a deeper understanding of leadership theory, as well as governance, financial reporting, counselling, member and volunteer engagement, and digital communication and security. 

This year, we were lucky to have had a range of experienced facilitators including a former St Vincent de Paul CEO.
